Tabulé
Ingredients:
- 6 small bunches of parsley finely sliced
- 2 tomatoes finely diced
- 2 cucumbers finely diced
- 3 spring onions finely sliced
- 1 onion finely diced
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 50gr. bulgur
- 40 ml. olive oil
- Some roman lettuce leaves
- Salt
Prepare:
- Put the bulgur in a large deep bowl.
- Add the vegetables to the bulgur and lemon juice, olive oil, salt.
- Mix well all together.
- Take serving plates and place the lettuce in it and divide the tabula over it.
Tip:
You can also add mixed or coarsely sliced Roman lettuce to the Tabula and bring back to taste with salt, lemon juice and olive oil.
