Minced bread
Ingredients for 4 pieces:
500 gr. minced beef
2 eggs
35 gr. chapelure
3 tablespoon flour
50 ml. water
15 gr. pistachio nuts unsalted and without casing
1 small spoon sweet paprika powder
Pepper
Salt
1/4 small spoon cinnamon
2 cloves pressed garlic
Finishing:
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped tomato
1 litre. water
1 clove garlic
Black pepper Balls
50 gr. tomato puree
2 eat spoon of vinegar
Salt
Prepare:
Mix the meat in the mixer with 50 ml of water finely.
Mix the mixed meat and all other ingredients together except the pistachio nuts.
Divide the mixed meat into 4 balls.
Take plastic foil and make it a little moist.
Open the balls flat and place the nuts nicely in a row and roll the meat to a sausage.
Bake the chopped bun in the pan with a little butter, golden brown.
Put in a sauce pan the water, vinegar, salt, tomato puree and the black pepper balls and bring to a boil for 5 min.
Add the rolled chopped rolls one by one and simmer for 15 min.
Remove the chopped rolls and let it cool.
Cut the buns into thin slices and finish with tomato and parsley.
