Fried vegetables with minced meat in the oven

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 red paprika
  • 1 green paprika
  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 350 gr. chopped
  • 2 tablespoon tomato puree
  • Pepper and salt
  • 300ml water


  1.  Preheat the oven to 200 ° without heat air.
  2.  Cut all the vegetables into cubes.
  3.  Mix the sliced vegetables, the meat, tomato puree together in a large cooking pot, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the water and put on the fire for 20 min.
  5. Divide the vegetables on oven plates and put them in the oven until all the vegetables have a crispy crust.
  6. Serve hot with thick sliced baguette and finish with finely chopped onion.
