Ingredients for 2 people:
- 500 g full yogurt
- For finishing:
- Sweet paprika Powder
- Dried mint
- Olive oil
- Bread or toast
- Tea towel
- Hang a sieve over a large bowl.
- Put the tea towel in it and pour the yogurt into it.
- Put it in the refrigerator one night.
Remove the yogurt from the sieve, spread nicely on the toast or on a slice
bread and work with the dried mint, paprika powder, salt and a dash of olive oil.
