Pizza of meat and vegetables

Ingredients for 3 to 4 people:

The dough:

  • 500 gr. flour
  • 1 small spoon of salt
  • 1 small spoon of sugar
  •  ½ small spoon dry yeast
  •  10 cl olive oil
  • 200 ml water

 

The meat and vegetables:

  • 250 gr. minced meat
  • 2 onions
  •  1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 20 mint leaves
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Pepper and salt
  • Red paprika (sweet)

Prepare the meat with the vegetables:

  1. Mix all the vegetables together in the kitchen robot.
  2. Mix the vegetables together with the meat and the paprika, sugar, pepper, salt, tomato puree.
  3. Cover with plastic foil and put in refrigerator.

Prepare the dough:

  1.  Take a large bowl and loosen the yeast in the water.
    Put the flour, sugar,oil there and at last the salt.
  2.  Knead everything together for 10 min.
  3. Cover the dough with a wet kitchen towel and let the dough rest for 1 hour.
  4. Divide the dough into balls of 50 gr.
  5. Roll the dough open with the rolling pin 3 a 4 mm thick.
  6. Sprinkle a little flour on the oven shelf and place the dough on it.
  7.  Take 2 tablespoons of mixed vegetables with meat and spread nicely open on the dough.
  8. Bake on a pre-heated oven at 230 ° C set to the lower position without hot air in for 8 min.

Work:

  1. grilled peppers, cleaned and cut into small pieces.
  2. Grilled eggplant, cleaned and cut into small pieces.
  3. Single mint leaves.
  4. Radish cut into slices.

Serve:Finish off with the grilled vegetables and the mint leaves as shown in the picture.

Tip:
Beat 250 Gr.  Natural yogurt on with a little water and pinch of salt and serve in a cup.
