Looksaus

Ingrediënten :

• het eiwit van 1 ei
• 1 kleine lepel natuur azijn
• witte peper
• zout
• het sap van 1 /4 citroen
• 80 ml. zonnebloem olie

Bereiden :

1. Mix alle ingrediënten samen met de handmixer.
2. breng op smaak met witte peper en zout.

Garlic sauce

Ingredients:

• 1 egg white
• 1 small spoon of natural vinegar
• white pepper
• salt
• 1/4 lemon juice
• 80 ml. Sunflower oil

Prepare:

1. Mix all the ingredients together with the hand mixer.
2. Bring to taste with white pepper and salt.
